A dedicated community advocate, performer, educator, and leader, Vanity has spent more than a decade serving the Court and the LGBTQ+ community through volunteerism, fundraising, mentorship, and public service.

     Vanity's journey in community leadership began as a teenager through Fresno's LGBTQ+ Youth Group, where she found a safe and supportive environment to grow, learn, and become involved in social advocacy. Through participation in community initiatives, equality movements, and educational programs, she developed a lifelong passion for creating spaces where individuals can feel seen, valued, and empowered.

     Her introduction to the Imperial Dove Court de Fresno came during Reign 39, where she first experienced the dignity, professionalism, and sense of purpose that define the Court system. Inspired by the commitment of its members, Vanity became actively involved and quickly discovered that the Court's mission extended far beyond entertainment. It was about leadership, philanthropy, community service, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

     Over her 13 years of service within the Imperial Dove Court, Vanity has earned numerous titles and honors, including Harvest Ball Queen, Grand Duchess XLII and XVIII, Miss Gay Fresno 2017, Miss Mirrorball 2018, Mx Mirrorball 2024, Imperial Crown Princess Royale XLIII, Imperial Crowned Baroness XVIII, Imperial Crowned Countex LII, and Imperial Crown Princess for Life XLIII. Each title provided new opportunities to serve, support charitable causes, and strengthen the organization's impact throughout the community.

     Throughout her Court career, Vanity has chaired and supported countless fundraising events, Second Sunday Shows, Beer Busts, titleholder step-downs, and community initiatives. Her dedication to service has earned her recognition from multiple courts and organizations, including awards for community service, leadership, fundraising achievements, and involvement throughout the Court circuit. Among her accomplishments, she raised a record-setting $1,700 through can shaking during Reign XLVIII and successfully raised hundreds of additional dollars benefiting organizations such as Kids Like Us and Drag Story Hour.

     Outside of the Court, Vanity has devoted her professional career to serving others as a Community-Based Paraeducator with the Fresno Unified School District. For more than twelve years, she has worked with medically fragile, severely handicapped, and special education students, providing educational support, advocacy, care, and encouragement. Her commitment to service extends beyond the classroom through participation on school committees, parent-teacher organizations, student leadership groups, and community service projects.

     As a proud nonbinary leader, Vanity's journey has been one of resilience, growth, and authenticity. Through the support of her community, she embraced her true self and found renewed passion in both her personal life and her art. Her experiences have strengthened her belief that representation matters and that leadership is most powerful when it creates opportunities for others to thrive.

     As Emprex 53, Vanity is committed to building upon the legacy of those who came before her while helping inspire the next generation of Court leaders.

      Through community engagement, charitable fundraising, mentorship, and collaboration, she continues to champion the values of inclusion, service, and compassion that define the Imperial Dove Court de Fresno.

     Vanity believes that leadership is not measured by titles, but by the positive impact one leaves behind. Through her reign and continued service, she strives to leave a legacy of empowerment, generosity, and pride for the community she proudly represents.
