Ruben Reyes, Jr. proudly serves as Emperor 53 of the Imperial Dove Court de Fresno. His reign is rooted in service, community engagement, and a genuine commitment to strengthening the organization while honoring the traditions and legacy of the Court system.

Over the years, Ruben has become a familiar and dependable presence within the Court and throughout the community. Through volunteering, supporting fundraising efforts, attending events, and building meaningful relationships with members and community partners, he has demonstrated a dedication to service that extends beyond titles and recognition. His belief is simple: leadership begins with showing up, listening, and being willing to serve wherever needed.

 

One of Ruben’s greatest passions has been fostering stronger connections between the Imperial Dove Court de Fresno and the greater International Court System. Through networking, attending out-of-town events, and cultivating relationships with fellow monarchs, court members, and community leaders, he has helped strengthen Fresno’s visibility and presence within the larger court community. These efforts have created opportunities for collaboration, friendship, and a deeper sense of unity among courts across the region and beyond.

 

As Emperor 53, Ruben is committed to leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose. His vision focuses on strengthening community involvement, expanding fundraising efforts, supporting charitable initiatives, and creating opportunities for both longtime members and new voices to contribute to the growth of the organization. He believes that a successful reign is built through inclusion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to serving others.
